We at Coforge are hiring Sitecore Architects with the following skillset:

• Help to realize high - end technology solutions for our clients.
• Design, develop & roll-out the solutions using modern technologies and ways of working along with the team.
• Developer + Consultant role, you will contribute to business development while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Comprehensive technical leadership to DXP / CMS migrations & new implementations for new and existing customers, and lead a team of CMS Developers and Authors.
• This is a senior, people manager role, and external customer facing – expected to partner and collaborate closely with CIO's, CDO's and CMO's of top enterprise customers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and documentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Should be capable of managing DXP/CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, Sitefinity, and similar systems.
• Mastery of core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client / server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSP & web services development using RESTful implementations.
• Deep understanding of .NET combined with a strong understanding of enterprise frameworks.
• Deep understanding and hands-on development experience with relevant .NET CMS frameworks.
• Be the face of the CMS team, lead all end-customer interactions.
• Lead technical design, effort estimation / sizing & development, including logical & deployment enterprise-level architecture (system design, application architecture, data design, hardware & software stack & components).
• Align the development strategy & technology stack with project KPI's of the customer.
• Lead & orchestrate joint discovery sessions with customer to document the project SoW, use-cases & test-cases.
• Call-out impediments, dependencies & risks with potential mitigation plan.
• Recommending development approaches, aligned with the KPI's of the project.
• Closely work with CSM's / tech project managers to plan & refine use-stories and story-points in Jira and set-up the project in an Agile methodology.
• Take ownership for performance and security of the architecture designed.
• Create content model for different digital assets like video, etc.
• Experience in Machine Learning and Neural Network architectures like Ensemble Models, SVM, CNN, RNN, Transformers, etc.
• Proficient in Sitecore or equivalent foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks, a solid understanding of all of the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the Sitecore development and deployment process.
• Good understanding of Sitecore capabilities including multi-site manager and blueprinting, use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting / personalization & multi-variate testing, is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment & delivery processes.
• Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using Sitecore with or without a portal, search, commerce package or other platforms, is preferred.
• Formulate an implementation plan & prepare estimates for the assigned activities / work items.
• Report work progress to the manager & the client on a periodic basis.
• Played the role of Solution Architect for two years.
• Participate / lead in design discussions & client meetings.
• Ideate and deliver agile POCs to validate project plan & partner in pre-sales activities.
• Create a training & certification map for all CMS / DXP team and create a world-class CMS / DXP team.
• An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints.
• Excellent judgment, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills & ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level.
