Mandatory

  • Experience: 5-10 years, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably in Project Management/Program Management/PMO/Transformation Realization Office, specializing in banking and financial institutions.
  • An MBA from a top-tier institution.
  • Experience in Management Consulting preferably with big 4 firms and other IT enabled services equivalent firms.
  • Proven experience of working on at least 4 large-scale business transformation or technology-enabled transformation programs. Demonstrated ability to manage extensive teams, execute complex programs on time, within budget, delivering measurable value to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Fluency with local language and a proven track record of client relationship management in the countries of hiring.
  • Experience of working on high value projects which involve high level of interaction with CXOs and top management executives with established relationship with local banks/ FIs and sales experience in the local market.
  • Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Risk Breakdown Structures (RBS) to ensure project clarity, task division, and risk identification.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and lead process-driven delivery methodologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and structured project execution.
  • Proven experience in conducting accurate effort estimations for various activities across the entire product implementation lifecycle, including scoping, development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Experience in a client-facing role while consistently achieving a CSAT score of 7/7.
  • Full PMP experience with competency in design, mobilization, management, and execution of program activities, owning critical client relationships with a view to achieving client satisfaction, revenue and profitability targets.
  • Experience in supporting multiple complex programmes across work-streams, demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage project timelines, and develop essential tools, templates, and communication strategies and strong track record of successfully engaging key internal and external stakeholders, as well as subject matter experts.
  • Experience in driving service delivery using best in class practices and methodologies, with various operating models, systems, processes and policies.
  • Project Management: Experience in agile methodologies, have led as Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master roles within SAFe projects and helped build Agile Ways of working transformation programs for client IT organizations. Proven ability to lead teams and be committed to mentor junior consultants. Should be able to collaborate and work across client teams, vendor, stakeholders etc.
  • At least one recognized project management certification (e.g., PMI-PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, CAPM, CSM).
  • Sound experience in promoting new and existing products and services to actively identify opportunities for growth. Demonstrate a strong ability to identify growth opportunities and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power-point, Excel and PM Tools like Jira, Clarizen, Clarity, Change-point, Planview etc. and PMP/ACP/CSM certified. Demonstrated strong thought leadership in the emerging technology space, preferably in digital channels.
  • Experience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels and processes and exposure to global best practices, and trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet business requirements.
