Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Principal Delivery Manager with extensive experience in cloud-based solutions and SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP projects, ensuring the alignment of solutions with business objectives and leveraging the latest innovations in SAP technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery :
Oversee the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based implementations.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
Technical Expertise :
Leverage expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules, best practices, and methodologies.
Drive cloud adoption by integrating SAP solutions with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
Team Management :
Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
Quality Assurance & Governance :
Establish delivery governance frameworks and ensure adherence to SAP methodologies.
Monitor project performance, resolving issues promptly to maintain quality standards.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement :
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, including RISE with SAP , SAP BTP , and cloud-native tools.
Promote innovation by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Reporting & Documentation :
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience :
12+ years of experience in SAP project delivery and management.
Proven track record in delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, including migrations and greenfield implementations.
Experience in RISE with SAP & GROW with SAP methodology.
Strong exposure to cloud technologies and SAP integrations with public cloud platforms.
Technical Skills :
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain).
Knowledge of cloud architectures and integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, BTP).
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Soft Skills :
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certifications :
SAP S/4HANA certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Professional ).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
