Job Description:We are currently seeking a US/Canada IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for IT positions in the US and Canada. As an IT Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers, understand their staffing needs, and develop strategies to attract and recruit top talent. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar roleStrong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trendsFamiliarity with sourcing and recruiting methodsHands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databasesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managersStrong organizational and time management skillsShould be responsible for handling bench sales marketing of IT consultants.Sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, preferred vendors & clients.Marketing of bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects.The Candidate should maintain excellent relationships with vendors, clients and consultants
