We are looking for an experienced Technical HR Recruiter and Executive with a strong background in international recruitment to join our team and drive our talent acquisition strategy globally.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical HR Recruiter

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles, including but not limited to SAP, Cloud, and IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent from global markets.
  • Utilize various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and facilitate the interview process.
  • Stay updated with market trends and compensation structures in the global tech domain.
  • Manage end-to-end international recruitment processes, including visa/work permit processing and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants globally.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract global talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in various countries.
  • Support diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across regions for smooth talent deployment.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop talent strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to establish the organization as an employer of choice in international markets.
  • Actively participate in HR strategy meetings and contribute to long-term planning.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment, including international hiring.
  • Familiarity with global work permit/visa processing.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment for IT roles such as SAP, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to recruitment in markets such as Sweden, India, Dubai, and Africa.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and compliance in international locations.
