Risk management and problem-solving: ● Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. ● Resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, especially those unique to AI projects like data quality or model performance. Process and performance improvement: ● Analyze and improve management and technical processes to increase efficiency. ● Establish and maintain best practices for AI project management. ● Track project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Qualifications ● Education: Bachelor's degree in fields like Computer Science, AI, or Business is typically required. Skills: ● Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data literacy. ● Proficiency in project management methodologies, especially Agile. ● Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. ● Strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. ● Experience with project management tools and software.
