As a Backend Developer, you are responsible for the development, performance, and scaling of the new products as well as internal systems using a variety of tech-stack components which includes using AWS services, Nodejs/Nestjs, Kubernetes, Kafka, Golang, Pyspark, DMS, Redshift, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Cassandra & data analytics frameworks among others . You have to drive project management and execution within your team, resolve cross–organizational dependencies, oversee completeness of tasks and accuracy of estimates.
Skillset:
3+ years of hardcore development experience with more than one programming language
Experience developing complex distributed systems on public cloud, preferably AWS
Experience with NodeJS/Nestjs & Kubernetes
Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, Redshift, Cassandra & Redis
Experience with building data pipelines using Kafka, Pyspark, DMS, Redshift & BI tools
Experience with video content delivery, media servers, CDNs and protocols such as RTMP & HLS is highly preferred
