Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Solar Installer at Stambh Solutions. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar power systems. You will work closely with the installation team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with safety guidelines. This role also involves troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Qualifications
Solar Power and Solar Systems knowledge
Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
Familiarity with the Solar Industry
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous experience in solar installation is a plus
Certification in solar energy or related field is preferred
