The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to aid in their success using our services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the clients may face.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the clients through the implementation process.- Create a master project plan for the clients and use this to manage each client.- Identifies resources needed for each implementation and assigns individual responsibilities.- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Project Accounting

- Tracks and reports team hours on a weekly basis per client.- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.- Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.

Qualifications

- The applicant must have relevant experience of 3 to 5 years into account management & client servicing.- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role- Willingness to work from office- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills is a must.- Prior leadership experience will be preferred.
