IT Audit Manager

The opportunityAs a Manager within the India’s Financial Services Technology Risk team, you will serve as a fieldwork leader to assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. You will work with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems facilitating the business internal control process, and will assist clients and other Technology Risk professionals in performing information technology control and security engagements. This role will involve 70% delivery responsibilities and 30% business development/ market campaign responsibilities along with solution development.
Your key responsibilitiesUse knowledge of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues, and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentationsDemonstrate and apply strong project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and servicesLeading a portfolio of
Technology Risk engagements
with our clients, directing and developing teams to deliver the highest quality solutions and servicesManaging the production of reports and via review ensuring the highest quality deliverables prior to Director / Partner review.Able to technically guide the teams for client service delivery across multi-disciplinary technology risk engagementsParticipate in and lead engagements, identifying and managing client’s IT risks and controlsProactively participate in market development activities, build proposals and actively support pursuitsFollow firm’s quality/ risk management guidance and apply them on day-to-day client service deliveryProactively identify opportunities to better serve clients and continuously engage with client to be a trusted business advisorContribute to enhancing Technology Risk solution and future proof them, build technology assets that can serve client needsDevelop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staffConduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staffContribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Risk professionalsSelf-starter and proactively learn new and emerging trends in the field of Technology RiskTo qualify for the role you must haveA recognized university degree in business, information technology, engineering, or other relevant disciplineMinimum of 7 years of work experience in
IT audit or Technology Risk Consulting
from a public accounting firm or a professional services firmRelevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in a professional services environment or MNCFocus on Financial Services clients and knowledge of Financial Services industryStrong client facing experienceAcumen for business development and technical deliverySignificant experience in applying relevant technical knowledge in the following aspects:Financial Services regulatory compliance and assessmentsTechnology Risk and controls assessmentApplication and Infrastructure risk assessmentsIT general controls/ Supporting external statutory auditsIT internal auditSOX/ CCAR/ BCBS controls testingRisk and control measurementsDevelop risk management frameworks/ policies & proceduresIT Service Management (Understanding of ITIL/ ISO 20000)Good understanding of information security concepts and be able to apply themService Organization Controls ReportingFlair for Analytics and automation in controls assessmentEmerging Technology Risks such as Cloud security risks, RPA controls and governance, Blockchain. Etc.
