Role: Accounts Executive InternLocation: CoimbatoreExperience: Freshers to 1 YearAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and recording the transactions in Tally ERP & Quick Books.- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and receipts.- Support in preparing reports, reconciliations, and documentation.- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on the status of accounts receivable and payable.- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting tasks.- Coordinate with internal teams and provide support during audits.Required Skills:- Proficiency in Tally ERP & Quick Books.- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Qualification:- Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Employment Type:- Unpaid Internship for the first month (with potential for conversion based on performance)
