Job Title: Call Center Manager / Deputy ManagerLocation: Chandigarh UniversityAbout the RoleChandigarh University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Manager / Deputy Manager to oversee and lead call center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales-driven environments, performance management, and team leadership. Immediate joiners will be given priority.Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and manage outbound and inbound calling teams.- Drive sales conversions, revenue generation, and ensure target achievement.- Monitor operational performance and track key KPIs for continuous improvement.- Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition.- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and team motivation.- Ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards.- Coordinate with internal departments to meet organizational goals.Required Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 8 years of experience in call center operations, sales, or team leadership roles.- Proven expertise in team handling, inside sales, and performance improvement.- Strong experience with outbound & inbound operations.- Excellent communication skills and a presentable professional demeanor.- Graduation is mandatory.- Immediate joiners preferred.Compensation- Competitive salary with a decent hike on last drawn CTC for deserving candidates.How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resume at:Immediate joiners are strongly encouraged to apply.
