Location: JaipurCompensation: As per discussion / Industry competitiveWork Type: Full-time | Leadership RoleAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly-driven Head of Marketing & Customer Growth who can scale Manova’s customer base across households and businesses. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to build and execute growth strategies from the ground up and directly influence revenue and market presence.✅ Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end customer acquisition for household and business segments.- Design and implement marketing & demand generation strategies to grow brand awareness.- Strategically plan and execute campaigns (online + offline) for consistent customer inflow.- Meet business owners and households to explain service offerings and close deals.- Build, manage, and mentor a marketing and field acquisition team.- Track growth metrics and work closely with founders to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.- Identify partnerships, channel collaborations, and new customer segments.- Plan and execute Google/Facebook ad campaigns to increase qualified leads for customers as well as caretakers.- Strengthen brand credibility by managing social media channels, publishing engaging content, and maintaining consistent online presence.✅ Who Should Apply- Prior experience in a growing startup or service business (preferred)- Someone who loves ownership, execution, and measurable growth- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills- Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments- Ability to handle both strategy and ground operationsAbout Manova Technologies Pvt.
