• Setup, amendment, and closure of mandates, portfolios, and related data in Aladdin and data masters
• Static data maintenance, portfolio group management, and compliance rule assignments
• Set up and maintain derivative agreements (Deco), broker configurations, and investment policy updates
• External account setup and closure for custodians, FX brokers, clearing brokers, and other third parties
• Onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of third-party entities
• Manage Exchange Traded Derivative (ETD) account setup with clearing brokers
• Upload KYC and NAV data into CPM and permission brokers to access documents
• Respond to Level 1 KYC queries and track document expiries (e.g., tax docs, annual reports)
• Support client fund lifecycle events such as fund/share class launches, closures, and side pockets
• Execute shareholder mailings and manage LEI creation and renewals for client funds

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in client onboarding, fund operations, or data management
• Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in high-volume environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with Aladdin or similar investment platforms
• Understanding of operational risks and process controls
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively

• Experience with CPM (Counterparty Manager)
• Knowledge of KYC and document management processes
• Familiarity with fund structures, lifecycle events, and onboarding workflows
• Exposure to compliance rule setups and trade reporting configuration
