The Agronomist will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on soil science, agriculture, irrigation, plant nutrition, and other related areas. They will provide expertise and guidance on crop-specific hydroponic nutrients, as well as develop and implement strategies to improve plant growth and yield. Additionally, the Agronomist will work closely with the team to optimize hydroponic growing systems and ensure the efficient use of resources.QualificationsStrong background in soil science,Soilless hydroponics agriculture, and plant nutritionExperience in conducting research and analysis in hydroponics or related fieldsKnowledge of irrigation systems and techniquesPassion for sustainable farming practicesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective communication and collaboration abilitiesExperience working with hydroponic growing systems is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related fieldMust Have experience Bell Peppers,Cucumber,Tomatos Capsicum etc in soilless and soil based systems
