Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with excellent client handling, negotiation, and closing skills. This role requires proactive client engagement, site visits, and coordination with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various online and offline channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  • Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to close deals.
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for seamless post-sale processes.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities like exhibitions, campaigns, etc.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of Nagpur's real estate market is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Candidate:

  • Candidates from the real estate industry only.
  • Must be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
