We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation, security, and reliability of servers, networks, and productivity platforms (including Microsoft 365), while also providing technical support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and related infrastructure.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online (Office 365 email), Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Manage email accounts, distribution lists, and security policies for Office 365.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.
  • Implement and manage system security, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Maintain and update network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues for employees.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and general productivity tools.
  • Ability to perform hardware diagnostics and handle software installations/configurations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 (Office 365 email, Teams, SharePoint), Google Workspace, or AWS/Azure.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Awareness of cybersecurity principles including data protection, antivirus, and access control.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, eagerness to learn new technologies, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work well in a team.
