About the Role

We are hiring seasoned SAP Enterprise Portal Developers to join our ECC support team. This role demands hands-on experience in SAP EP development, Web Dynpro (Java/ABAP), SAP UI5, FIORI, and NetWeaver Gateway. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality L3 support and driving enhancements across portal components and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SAP EP applications and custom components.
  • Provide L3 support for ECC-related portal issues and integrations.
  • Customise and enhance standard iViews using PDK for Java.
  • Integrate Web Dynpro Java/ABAP applications with SAP EP.
  • Manage PCD objects (iViews, Pages, Worksets, Roles).
  • Administer KM content, indexing, and permission structures.
  • Configure and maintain SSO, JCO destinations, and system objects.
  • Build and extend SAP UI5 and FIORI applications.
  • Consume and configure NetWeaver Gateway services.
  • Support portal migration activities (e.g., EP 7.0 to EP 7.3).
  • Collaborate with ABAP, UX/UI, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP EP development and support.
  • Strong proficiency in Web Dynpro Java/ABAP, SAP UI5, FIORI.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and SAP Web IDE.
  • Experience with NetWeaver Gateway service development and integration.
  • Expertise in KM administration and portal content management.
  • Proven track record in L3 support and issue resolution.
  • Exposure to mobile app development using PhoneGap is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in large-scale SAP implementations.
  • Prior leadership experience in SAP EP/FIORI teams.
