Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality interactive 3 D applications, simulations, and games using Unreal Engine Work closely with designers, artists, and product teams to implement core features and gameplay systems Optimize performance for various platforms (PC, mobile, VR/AR) Integrate APIs, plug-ins, and back-end systems Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented C++ and/or Blueprint code Collaborate in Agile sprints and contribute to technical planning Qualifications 3+ years of professional Unreal Engine development experience Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine Blueprints Solid understanding of 3 D math, physics, rendering, and optimization techniques Experience with multiplayer/networked systems and Unreal Engine tools Familiarity with Git/version control Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment Required Skills Experience with VR/AR development Knowledge of shaders/material creation Familiarity with Python for pipeline scripting Agile/Scrum experience Pay range and compensation package U.
