About the Team:We are at the core of QuantInsti's mission to provide high-quality learning experiences for aspiring and professional traders. The team collaborates across functions to design and deliver engaging, data-driven content while contributing to the company’s strategic goals in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:Build Algorithmic trading products in education and fintech for individual traders and financial institutionsApply analytical and quantitative techniques to strategy and contribute to different teams: product, marketing, sales to improve efficiency and productivityUnderstand pain and issues faced by the Algo trading industry across major markets and contribute in coming up with solutionsTake entrepreneurial positions to help achieve QuantInsti vision
Requirements:7-15 years of relevant experience in financial markets, trading, or quantitative research.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in:Probability, statistics, and algorithms.Machine learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.The Python data science and machine learning stack.Solid understanding of data structures, and data modelingBachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, finance, or a related quantitative field from a reputed institution.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for content creation.
Preferred Requirements:Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Quant Researcher, or in a similar role.Proven ability to design and implement machine learning systems for real-world applications.Passion for continuous learning and innovative thinking.
