About the Company

Vlink is Hiring for Business Development Manager for Gurugram Location.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales in B2B IT services, focusing on the India market.

Responsibilities

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in B2B IT services sales, preferably in the India market.
  • Strong understanding of service models: Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, Project-Based Delivery.
  • Experience in selling to industries like Banking, Manufacturing, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with ability to grasp and pitch technology offerings (AI, App Dev, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Comfortable with travel within India as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B IT services sales.
  • Strong understanding of service models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to pitch technology offerings.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in specific industries such as Banking, Manufacturing, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG.
