About the Role :

- We are searching for a skilled and passionate Rust Developer to join our development team and play a crucial role in building high-performance and reliable systems.

- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications leveraging the power and safety features of the Rust programming language.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable software applications using Rust.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to Rust best practices and idiomatic style.

- Leverage Rust's ownership and borrowing system to ensure memory safety and prevent common programming errors.

- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other team members to translate user stories and technical requirements into performant and secure Rust solutions.

- Optimize code for performance by utilizing Rust's powerful features like concurrency, zero-cost abstractions, and pattern matching.

- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase quality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Rust ecosystem and related technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in professional software development with a strong interest in systems programming.

- Proficiency in Rust programming language (understanding of ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and error handling).

- Familiarity with Rust's concurrency model (channels, mutexes, etc.) is a plus.

- Experience with popular Rust libraries and frameworks (e.g., Actix, Rocket, Diesel) is a plus.

- Experience with building and deploying applications on Linux systems is a plus.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Rust test) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.

- Passion for building high-performance and reliable software using Rust.
