Job Summary


We are looking for a talented and versatile Assistant Multimedia Manager to join

our dynamic team and spearhead video production initiatives across a variety of settings,

including outdoor, indoor, and sports environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong

command of camera operations, advanced video editing skills, and a creative flair for visual

storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to ensure

seamless collaboration across teams and projects.


Key Responsibilities


Video Production and Management

  • Plan, shoot, and produce top-quality video content for diverse events, including outdoor

shoots, indoor setups, and live sports coverage.

  • Operate and manage professional-grade equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio

devices, drones, and gimbals.

  • Lead the end-to-end video production process, from concept development to final

delivery.


Video Editing and Post-Production

  • Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard tools such as:

o Adobe Premiere Pro

o Final Cut Pro

o Adobe After Effects

  • Integrate special effects, animations, and graphics to elevate the visual appeal.
  • Perform advanced color grading, sound design, and mixing for professional-quality

outputs. Graphic Design and Multimedia Support

  • Create visually appealing graphics and thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop; familiarity

with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

  • Develop graphic overlays, branding elements, and motion graphics to complement video content.


Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to align video content with the brands strategic objectives.

Equipment Management

  • Maintain and manage video and audio equipment inventory, ensuring all tools are project-ready.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in video production and multimedia.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience in multimedia production with a focus on video.

Technical Skills:

o Advanced expertise in camera operations and video production equipment (e.g.,

gimbals, drones, microphones, lighting).

o Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.

o Experience in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a bonus.

o Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.

  • Core Competencies:

o Proven ability to independently manage video production projects from pre- production to post-production.

o Strong storytelling abilities with an eye for detail and creativity.

o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Platform Knowledge: Experience in creating and optimizing content for digital platforms

like YouTube, Instagram, and websites.
