Experience : 12 - 15 Yrs Industry : Staffing, Recruitment Agencies Preferred (Recruitment Background is a must) Location: Mumbai Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic National Manager – Temp Recruitment to lead and scale our Temporary Staffing vertical. This role will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact recruitment strategies to support seasonal, project-based, or contingent workforce needs across PAN India clients. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with experience managing large-scale temp hiring programs and leading recruitment teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for all temporary, contractual, and short-term staffing needs. Partner with business leaders, workforce planning, and HRBPs to understand hiring forecasts and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Build a scalable hiring process for volume hiring across functions like operations, customer support, field staff, etc. Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, staffing agencies, and job portals. Leverage sourcing channels (e.G., job boards, social media, internal referrals, campus drives) for efficient temp talent acquisition. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators focused on temp hiring. Implement metrics-driven hiring processes to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Report regularly to leadership on hiring progress across PAN India, pipeline status, and areas of concern. Drive employer branding efforts specific to temp hiring. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field. 12+ years of recruitment experience Proven experience in managing temp hiring for large organizations or agencies. Familiarity with recruitment tech (ATS, CRM), data analytics, and vendor management. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
