1. Key Account Management for a specific set of e commerce accounts mapped2. To build and execute profitable e-com Model by leveraging the emerging market trends by focusing on Product, Channel and Frontline service structure development3. Build capability of the S&D system to serve the e-com websites.4. Accountabilities - list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures.5. Provide leadership and drive results- Analyze data available in various MIS to developaction plans for business development.6. Evaluate & build new web opportunities / avenues for driving both the width & depth agenda of the company.7. Set up robust Review mechanisms to generate MIS to enable decision-making at HO level.8. Drive productivity in the e-tailers through improved execution and measure the reach of uncovered towns etc. thru this Model.9. Develop Promotional strategy for e-commerce channel by understanding the model as well competitive and business trends.10. Evolve and conceptualize the SKU rationalization, ensure alignment with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Regions.11. Conceptualize, design and implement relevant campaigns across select e-com portals to drive visibility and business.12. Review of sales systems and processes in e-tailer's Distribution and drive standardization as well as optimization thru 'Best Practice' sharing and building capability.13. Understand the market forces and benchmark with other FMCG companies and Industry and constantly evaluate the models and adapt to current as well as future scenario.14. Lead and manage entire e-commerce channel profitably.Build execution templates for targeted websites and e-tailers (including market places).15. Conceptualize template, execute and review the e-tailer's engagement program at National level16. Benchmark existing models in other FMCGs and relevant industries.

Coordinating - Motivates and empowers others in order to reach organizational goals6. Communication - Speaks clearly, fluently and effectively to both individual and groups. Writes in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate style and language.7. Presentation & Analytics - Proficient in power point presentations & Excel8. Decision making - Should be able to make priorities and make decisions in line with company policies/target9. Organized - Organizes and schedules events, activities and resources. Develops process which are self-driven and sustainable.10. Persuasive - Interpersonal relations – Customer Service Orientation, Collaboration and Influencing Skills, Co-ordination with other stakeholdersYour Profile

Key Account Management / Sales and Marketing experience of 6 years to 8 years in FMCG/ E retailers.4+ years of E-Commerce experience is desired.Experience in Key Account Management.Analytical, influencing, collaboration & inclusion skills are desirable.
