The DSA Manager focuses onbuilding channel partners particularly Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)to facilitate business acquisition. Responsibilities includedeveloping and managing relationships with DSAs as well asfostering ties with affordable housing builders and brokers togenerate quality home loan leads. The role emphasizes creating newDSAs and managing existing partnerships based on businessrequirements. Additionally the manager ensures adherence to SHDFCpolicies promotes transparent practices and stays updated onindustry trends. Effective communication problemsolving andcustomer support skills are essential. Proficiency in EnglishRegional Language and Hindi is preferred along with computerliteracy in Microsoft Word Excel Email and webbasedsystems.
Requirements
  • Developsales and marketing strategies and campaigns for clients ensuringalignment with salesobjectives.
  • Execute all salesactivities within the allocatedbudget.
  • Manage collectionsefficiently focusing on minimizing bounce cases within 012 and 1324months or more as per organizationalrequirements.
  • Support digitizationinitiatives related to sales and otherprocesses.
  • Maintain cash managementaccording to SHDFC policies with utmostintegrity.
  • Strive for overallperformance improvement considering branch balance scorecardmetrics.
  • Establish new DirectSelling Agents (DSAs) and manage existing DSA relationships basedon business requirements.
  • Cultivaterelationships with affordable housing builders brokers and otherpartners to generate quality home loanleads.
  • Stay updated on SHDFCpolicies products pricing and processes to optimizeresults.
  • Provide feedback oncompetition details to seniors or Head of Department(HOD).
  • Ensure transparent practicesby accurately sharing customer property and sellerinformation.
  • Oversee lead managementWork In Progress (WIP) file tracking reject review and timelydisbursements.
  • Resolve instrumentavailability issues promptly.
  • Adhereto First Time Right (FTR) principles from application todisbursement to ensure excellent customer service and efficientTurnaround Time (TAT).
  • Manage printproduction receipt and distributionprocesses.
  • Lead and motivate ahighperforming sales force towards achieving settargets.
  • Analyze potential strategicpartner relationships for product lineexpansion.
  • Sell company products andservices effectively in the targetmarket.
  • Identify opportunities forenhancing existing products/services and increasingprofitability.
  • Formulate annualsales quotas forecasts for regions to establish annual andgrossprofitplans.
