Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and C#.

- Implement complex business logic and features, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API, enabling seamless integration with internal and external systems.

- Ensure API security and performance, following best practices for API design.

- Design and implement efficient database solutions using SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and Entity Framework.

- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

- Contribute to the architectural design and planning of software solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to established coding standards and design patterns.

- Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Participate in agile development methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and C#.

- Extensive experience in developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API.

- Solid understanding of database design and development using SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework, and stored procedures.

- Experience with architectural design patterns and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Version Control knowledge (Git).


Experience :

- 4-10 years of professional experience in .NET development
