As an Analytics Manager, you will support the Business in the SAP modules and associated business processes by driving and developing the SAP plan for the site. In addition, you will ensure discipline and mastery in the use of the SAP system aligned with site priorities and objectives.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
• Perform as the Local Business Owner for SAP systems on site
• Accountable for the discipline and mastery in the use of SAP software systems on site
• Identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the site
• Participate in international Business Process Management (BPM) community where improvements are decided between site and other Sites/Manufacturing Performance Units (MPU) sharing the same issues
• Accountable to align business needs and SAP solutions and perform project management duties as needed
• Ensure compliance in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
• Oversee the Security, Health, and Safety related matters for the team
• Manage, develop and motivate staff to help realise individual’s potential to contribute to achieving the objectives of the department
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Minimum Level of Education Required : Bachelor’s Degree
Area of Specialisation : Real-Estate/Facilities management, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing
Must Have:-
10+ years of Real-Estate/Facilities operational data & analytics experience. Hands on Knowledge in workplace strategy, workplace design, corporate real estate, or related fields. Hands on Knowledge in data analysis tools and software (e.g, Microsoft Excel & Power BI) Experience in Manufacturing, Quality and/or Logistics using SAP systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights. Experience developing/driving organizational structure in the use of SAP systems Experience implementing IT system improvements and coordinating trainings Excellent communications skills including the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. Familiarity with workplace technology platforms and tools (e.g access control systems, occupancy sensors, survey software).Good to have: -
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to finding opportunities for improvement. Clear understanding of business value, business priorities, and potential implementation risks Significant experience working in a matrix (global/ regional) business environment. Strong networking skills and a proven ability to build productive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and business partners Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across multiple projects using project management skills
