We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Developer specializing in either Android or iOS, alongside proficient knowledge in Flutter development, to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in consumer-facing (B2C) applications and come from a top-tier academic institution. This role is crucial for driving our mobile strategy and delivering innovative app solutions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and feature-rich mobile applications using Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) along with Flutter.
  • Lead the architecture and framework development for cross-platform functionalities to ensure a seamless user experience across all mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.
  • Implement robust security frameworks, perform thorough testing, and address any issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest mobile technology trends and innovations, incorporating cutting-edge solutions to enhance application capabilities and performance.
  • Maintain and iterate on applications for optimal functionality and user experience, based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices in mobile development and Flutter integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with proven expertise in Android or iOS platform development.
  • Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart, including a deep understanding of cross-platform development challenges.
  • Strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android market.
  • Excellent knowledge of B2C application development with a focus on optimizing user experience and engagement.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to perform in a team environment with strong communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integrating with various APIs and backend services.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
  • Understanding of modern UI/UX trends.
