Role- Automation Test LeadExperience- 8+ YearsNotice Period- 0-30 DaysJob Location- Mumbai (Work from Office)JD:The incumbent is responsible for managing & leading the testing engagement for assigned projects within a domain under Functional testing. The key responsibilities include designing the testing strategy with the Test Manager, allocating tasks to team members, coordinating with the client on understanding client requirements and translating that into the test strategy, providing technical direction to the team and monitoring their performance and monitoring and delivering on the customer requirementsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Automation Tools knowledge Selenium, Appium/ Katalon, UFT, etc.API Automation Tools knowledge Postman, JMeterExpertise in CT integration with CICD and Automation on cloud environment.Strong experience in managing automation test projectsExpertise in implementation of automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable testsTeam lead experience with offshore onshore model (Preferred)Strong in client interaction and good presentation skills________________________________________________________________KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:Design & build test harnesses for Automation TestingDesign/Architect test automation framework and develop the new test automation libraries using automation toolsDesign & execute Regression Test Pack using frontend & backend test scriptsImplement QA process and Automated testing for all the work streams to improve the overall testing cycle.Ensure continuous upskilling of the teamAssist with automation test planning.Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality AssuranceIdentify and capture test data to support the test cases defined by the testing teamEnsure reusability of test scripts across projects.Test Environment set-up/management, monitoring and streamline release management to QA Environments.Stakeholder managementResponse to technical queries Document Planning activities, Offshore coordination, Build work plan and Visio diagrams.Describing Existing Automation Architecture, Participate in Design and Architecture Meeting.
