Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role located in Bhopal/ Gwalior at SCHWING Stetter India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day sales & marketing activities, including building client relationships, demonstrating product features, and achieving sales targets. Our Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative concreting solutions and expanding our market reach through marketing activities.
Skill Set Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compulsory from Mechanical Engineering Major
  • Technical knowledge of construction equipment or related industry
  • Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong Command over English Language and writing skills
  • Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
Detailed Job Description
  • Working Closely with Sales Team and Factory for giving correct Projections based on market knowledge
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
  • Coordinating with Factory & Clients for timely dispatches and Commitments
  • Updating daily tasks and activities
  • Regular Traveling in your territory for developing market and generating revenue
  • Networking with Financers and OEMs for enquiry generation
  • Site visits on regular basis for product insights and comparison
