Shift Hours
3pm-12am IST (5:30am-2:30pm US EST)
Responsibilities
● Develop social media programs and campaigns to achieve business objectives
● Develop social media concepts and themes to drive brand awareness and generate interest in
Randstad Digital solutions and services
● Develop and maintain an on-going social media editorial content calendar
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional teams to get inputs for content and creative development
● Communicate effectively with leadership and senior management on social media plans
● Define key performance indicators (KPIs), key performance measures (KPMs) and other metrics for social media programs and campaigns
● Publish social media content and posts across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
● Use tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or any other social media marketing tools for scheduling and managing posts across multiple handles and regions
● Monitor performance of campaigns and programs, analyze data and recommend insights to improve social media performance
● Develop unique storyboards for social media content and work with creative design team to develop interactive social media content, creative kits, motion design, and videos
● Keep up-to-date with social media trends and try to implement best practices for the Randstad Digital brand
Requirements and skills:
● Experience in social media marketing, social media content generation or a similar role
● Experience in developing effective social media strategies
● Aptitude for crafting engaging content and storyboards
● Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Natural curiosity, problem-solving mindset and new technology adopter
● Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and environments, and to self-organize and prioritize workload
● Exceptional project management skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a get-it-done attitude
● Experience working remotely and across cultures, doing business globally
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing, social media marketing or related field
● Prior experience as a copywriter
● Prior experience as a content manager
