About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, particularly with UK and US International Process & Taxation in E-invoicing, and a successful track record of handling 23 full-cycle SAP FICO implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and support projects, especially in the Oil & Gas domain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement robust FICO solutions
  • Drive integration of SAP FICO with other modules (MM, SD, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with UK and US taxation standards, particularly for e-invoicing regulations
  • Analyze business requirements and provide strategic finance process improvements
  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet client-specific needs
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and business users
  • Coordinate with global teams and ensure smooth rollout in international projects, especially UK-based processes

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects
  • Strong domain experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory
  • In-depth knowledge of UK and US International Finance Processes and Taxation
  • Experience in e-invoicing and statutory compliance in the UK and US
  • Strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client interaction skills
  • Ability to work across time zones and global business units

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification in FICO
  • Experience with S/4HANA
  • Prior experience with international clients, particularly in the UK
  • Hands-on experience in managing global rollout and support teams
