AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


  • Quantitative Analysis and reporting
  • track channel ratings continuously to create a better understanding of show performance across TG’s and markets
  • Analyze ratings and other data points to derive a growth strategy
  • Monitor all competitive activity and report the Market Intelligence for internal decision-making, on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Track viewership fluctuations to pre-empt gain or loss in channel GRPs and schedule new launches & Events.
  • Analyze the distribution landscape and provide insights into packaging, placement and market prioritization decisions

  • Brand Track Report: Provide the agency with the TG and Target Market to conduct the annual study and share the findings
  • Pilot/ Concept Testing: Execute the consumer research and share findings with the programming team for modification of the property/character as appropriate
  • Dip Stick Study: Conduct consumer research post-show launch and share findings as inputs with the programming team.
  • Ad Hoc Report: Work on projects basis the requirements from the programming,marketing team or any changes in the external environment

  • Work with the scheduling team, reporting to him/her to make the FPC for MarathiManage the content library, work on episode rotation strategies, come up with efficient repeat ratios for episodes, and work on/set up meta-tagging/tracking systems to identify high-quality episodes. Provide inputs for the FPC plan each week based on consumer research, break structure and BARC ratings
  • Promo Planning Strategy
  • Provide inputs according to research insights derived through weekly BARC data and channel priorities, which are in line with the network's commercial interest.
  • Overall channel ratings and TSV
  • Oversee research operations and insights.
  • Oversee implementation of a research project by the agency; Constantly keep track of progress and check if changes are required to the methodology/ planned sample set; Drive research on the ground and facilitate interactions with consumers as and when required
  • Review rough transcripts/ recordings; provide inputs based on review of data and understanding of consumers
  • Sift through all the data shared identify key insights, and create an action plan for the business.
  • Share draft recommendations with supervisor; Jointly brainstorm and develop a refined list of actions for the business
  • Quality of insights generated / action plan
