The mission for this role is to drive customer value delivery through analytics products in the ZoomInfo platform. This role will lead the creation and implementation of the analytics product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals while leading the market and delivering value to customers. As a Senior PM in ZoomInfo, you will balance between creating a delightful customer experience, ensuring profitability, and simplifying analytics products for different types of GTM professionals (such as AEs, AMs, Sales Managers, Revenue leaders) from SMBs, mid-market and larger enterprises while maintaining a mentality of growth and retention. The responsibility includes to research, analyze, plan, prioritize, implement, and execute product vision and roadmap requirements while being fully aware of the company’s overall vision and mission as well as customer needs and competitive insights. While doing so, define objectives and key results to ensure all efforts are driving the product toward the company's north-star metrics.

Position:Senior Product Manager - ZoomInfo Marketing

Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for ZoomInfo Marketing over the next 2-3 years. Collaborate closely with ZoomInfo's product leadership team to create products tailored for various Go-To-Market (GTM) professionals (SDRs, AEs, AMs, Marketers) to streamline their daily operations. Engage with stakeholders across the product team, advocate the roadmap, and make tough decisions to ensure clarity for your scrum team. Establish product metrics to gauge success, working alongside engineering and business intelligence teams to measure, monitor, and analyze key metrics for informed decision-making. Support product marketing in crafting positioning, messaging, and release notes for product updates, including any changes to pricing and packaging. Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape regarding GTM professionals' product needs and stay abreast of advancements in GTM products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, data science); 3-5 years of product management experience with a total of 7+ years in relevant roles. Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at capturing business requirements effectively. Proven track record leading products in a hyper-growth environment, from concept to launch, with expertise in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Strategic mindset with industry knowledge, particularly in GTM. Ability to track industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Data-driven approach with experience in business-facing product management, ensuring product alignment, adoption, and success across all market segments. Process-oriented and self-assured, capable of managing a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on market and customer needs, supported by data, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Technical proficiency with attention to detail, understanding technical concepts, and collaborating effectively with engineers and UI/UX teams to ensure product feasibility. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is advantageous.
