Key Responsibilities
  • To define and execute technology strategy, developing and implementing the company's technology vision and roadmap to meet current and future business goals.
  • Making critical architectural decisions, setting technical standards, and ensuring scalable and secure system designs as the Frontend Architectural Leader.
  • To build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Working closely with the CTO to design and develop the overall architecture for system reliability, performance, scalability, and security across the organization.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with various stakeholders such as product, UI/UX designer, and backend teams to ensure technology initiatives align with the company's strategic vision and goals.
  • To make informed decisions about resource allocation, technology investments, and emerging technology trends in frontend.
  • Championing agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices to ensure efficient and iterative delivery of products and features.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of professional software development experience, with significant experience working in consumer internet companies.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading front-end engineering teams and successfully delivering complex technical projects.
  • Deep expertise in modern technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and microservices frontend architecture.
  • Proficiency in system design, architecture, and building scalable, secure systems.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with hands-on experience in Typescript, Next.js, and the React.js ecosystem.
  • Strong background in building and scaling frontend React(Redux), HTML5, and CSS3 including Bootstrap.
  • Exposure to MongoDB and GraphQL, as well as other modern database technologies.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and micro frontend experience designing distributed systems.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for modern applications.
