Define the job description and key responsibilities of the position. Sourcing Candidates Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates. Engage with passive candidates through outreach and headhunting. 3. Compliance and Record Keeping Ensure that the recruitment process adheres to applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions. 8. Reporting and Analytics Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, and source of hire. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
