Implementation Engineer Job Description Position Overview: The Implementation engineer role is customer facing and the prospective hire will be working with the customers in understanding their IAM requirements, implementing, customizing and deploying Tuebora Solutions for the customer. Responsibilities: ● Understand customer requirements, deploy and configure Tuebora IAM solution as per requirement and design ● Integrate applications both on premise (like HRMS, AD, ERP) and Cloud Applications (like Office365, Google Apps, Salesforce) ● Customize Tuebora IAM Solution for Customers for various IAM use cases. The Ideal Candidate: ● Must have 3-8 years' experience as a Developer/Implementation Engineer ● Must have experience in IAM Domain knowledge with understanding of: ○ Joiner, Mover, Leaver process concepts ○ Access Governance concepts ○ Directory Services like Active Directory, Novell e Directory ○ Application Integration concepts (Onboarding Application, Connectors etc.) ○ Roles, SOD’s in IAM ● Must have interacted with Customers and been involved in deployment/customization of 3 tier Enterprise Solutions ● Must have experience in designing and delivering Customer Use Cases. ● Must be very familiar with following technologies: ○ Rest APIs ○ SQL ○ JSON ○ HTTP Protocol ● Must have good technical communication (oral and written) skills Nice to Have: ● Familiarity with following technologies: ○ Java ○ Javascript/HTML ○ Shell Scripting ○ Saa S Application Concepts ○ AWS/Azure Cloud Concepts ● Familiarity with automating Customer Use Cases
