MEP Design Expert

Assess tender returns to ensure MEP package accurately defines scope and design responsibility. • Attend pre-order meeting ensuring sub-contract orders are compliant with contract and programme requirements. • Provide support for sequencing and programming the installation of MEP services. • Monitor MEP procurement and provide support to project delivery team. • Organise and chair MEP workshops to provide technical solutions. • Review and coordinate design programmes, information release schedules and inspection test plans. • MEP design coordination with building structure, fabric, and constraints. • Review and comment on MEP design including drawings and technical submittals. • Review of energy strategy including compliance with current regulations. • Assist site team in providing resolution to technical queries. • Complete commission ability review. • Provide technical support during the commissioning process and assist in programming. • Assist the commissioning process to ensure compliance with design parameters. • Attend witnessing and client demonstrations.
