If you have a proven track record of managing seller accounts, optimizing performance, and driving growth through effective advertising, this role is for youLocation: B.HUB, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna, Bihar Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ₹2.4 Lakhs to ₹3 Lakhs Per AnnumKey Responsibilities:As our E-commerce Marketplace Manager, you will be the core operator for all marketplace functions:- Platform Management: Full, day-to-day management of all seller central accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).- Order & Logistics: Efficiently processing all incoming orders, coordinating timely dispatch, and creating/managing FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) shipments.- Advertising Management: Developing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various marketplaces to boost product visibility and maximize sales ROI.- Data & Financial Reconciliation:- Maintaining accurate records of all sales and return orders using advanced Excel skills.- Tracking payments, managing returns, and reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy.- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications & Skills:- Required Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management.- Platform Expertise: Deep working knowledge of various Seller Central dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).- Excel Proficiency (Mandatory): High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for comprehensive data tracking, analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Meticulous approach to data recording, financial reconciliation, and process management.- Growth Mindset: Proven ability to manage and scale advertising campaigns for maximum effectiveness.⭐ What We Offer:- Growth Opportunities: Significant room for professional advancement within a fast-growing retail company.- A dynamic, supportive, and engaging work environment at the heart of Patna.How to Apply:If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on this challenging role, please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to:➡️ We look forward to reviewing your application
