About the Role

Cogniter Technologies is seeking a Generative AI Expert to join our advanced AI/ML team. In this role, you will design and deploy scalable AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and vector databases. If you’re passionate about building intelligent, real-world solutions with Generative AI, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop intelligent applications using models such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon.

Architect and implement RAG pipelines for knowledge-driven AI systems.

Build AI agents using frameworks like LangChain.

Integrate vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search.

Deploy and manage real-time inference engines (e.g., Groq).

Optimize LLM performance, token usage, context handling, and prompts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production applications.

Stay current with Generative AI and multimodal AI innovations.

Required Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM solutions, or NLP projects.

Strong knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector search systems.

Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for AI development.

Experience in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and production deployment.

Familiarity with AI platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with inference engines (Groq or similar).

Understanding of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback).

Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.

Experience with multimodal AI models (text, image, speech).
