Location: Bengaluru
Experience: At least 12 to 15 years of Experience.
Effective Field:
12-14 years of cumulative work experience in implementation and rollout projects
5+ years of relevant architecture experience with large Customers in Europe / USA/APAC.
Hands on and strong configuration experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM)
EAM integration experience with SAP logistics business processes such as procurement, inventory management, and financial settlement.
Exposure in user experience solutions (such as Fiori)
8 plus years of experience in IT analyst or consulting position with knowledge and
experience relating business requirements to sound technical solutions.
7-10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) in
business process analysis, systems analysis, and design, and technical/functional
solutions delivery (configuration and custom development). Experience with SAP
Business Suite on HANA is a plus.
Assist Business users in understanding SAP functions and data flow.
Work on the outstanding POC’s to foolproof the new requirements.
Contribute to high level design sessions as a EAM expertise & integration with Technical consultant.
What distinguishes you: Roles & Responsibilities.
Provide strategic leadership in the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA EAM.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Provide guidance on optimal configuration and utilization of SAP S/4 HANA EAM Modules
Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset.
Understanding of accounting business processes
Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with other modules.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stake holders to ensure a common understanding of project goals.
Functional knowledge of supply chain management including material flow, information flow & financial flow.
Expert in Utilizing work clearance management to ensure work safety process knowledge.
Functional knowledge of using SCADA system to in corporate real time data with SAP PM.
Functional knowledge on using mobiles solutions (SSAM knowledge would be value added)
What you can Expect:
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Estimate the level of effort on RICEFW’s and propose optimal solutions to meet the deadlines
Design, customize, configure and testing of PM.
Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
