Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled GCP Data Engineer with over 3-9 years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL , Python , and BigQuery , with a bonus for experience in Azure Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using GCP tools (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions, etc.).

  • Write efficient SQL and Python code for data transformation and integration.

  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across pipelines.

  • Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

  • (Preferred) Support hybrid cloud data architectures involving both GCP and Azure.

Required Skills:

  • 3-9 years of experience in data engineering roles.

  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and performance tuning.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or other Azure data tools.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in cloud environments.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
