Candidates joining us at this stage will gather an amazing experience in the new agentic AI world that will set up their career for decades to come.  


We are looking for a product manager/Sr. Business Analyst who will be responsible for helping define and document the product requirements of the Omnibound Agentic AI platform. This person should have experience in building SaaS applications from scratch that can scale to a large number of users and is a self-starter who likes to experiment and work in early-stage environments. 


Responsibilities  

  • Own the roadmap for the Omnibound platform  
  • Conduct market research to identify user need for the platform 
  • Prioritize product opportunities and requirements 
  • Write requirements and specifications for the product 
  • Clearly communicate goals and requirements of the product 
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products 
  • Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and potential customers 
  • Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings 



Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, technical degree preferred 
  • 2+ years of product management or software business analysis 
  • Experience with product management for software and tech products 
  • Experience with SaaS products a big plus - especially in marketing technologies 
  • Experience in working with US based teams (internal or customer facing) a big plus 
  • Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products 
  • Technology experience whether in front-end or back-end development a big plus (but not essential) to understand specific technical needs 
  • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems 
  • Strong project management and time management skills 
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
