Automation Test ArchitectLocation: Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad / Noida / BhuvaneshwarExperience: 13 – 15 YearsAbout the Role:We are looking for a seasoned Automation Test Architect with deep expertise in Quality Engineering and Automation Framework Development. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives in designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing automation solutions across Web, API, and Mobile platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping test strategies, driving automation initiatives, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality software products.Key Responsibilities:- Architect and implement robust, scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile platforms.- Lead the design and development of custom automation solutions tailored to specific project needs.- Leverage JavaScript-based automation frameworks such as Playwright (preferred), Cypress, and WebDriver.io.- Apply strong Java programming skills in building and enhancing automation capabilities.- Define and drive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Automation Roadmaps in alignment with business goals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation into the development lifecycle.- Conduct Database Testing and ensure data integrity across systems.- Promote best practices in Quality Engineering, including test data management, test coverage analysis, and continuous improvement.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on quality goals and deliverables.Required Skills & Experience:- Proven experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Java.- Hands-on expertise with Playwright, Cypress, and/or WebDriver.io.- Solid understanding and experience in Database Testing.- Deep knowledge of Quality Engineering principles and test automation best practices.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).- Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.Why Join Us?- Work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects.- Collaborate with a high-performing, passionate team.- Opportunity to influence and shape the test automation strategy at an organizational level.- Competitive compensation and a flexible work environment.
