Position : SAP Project Manager
Minimum Experience : SAP Project Manager 6+ Years
Introduction:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead our team in the implementation and management of our SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, proven project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex project landscapes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the implementation of SAP projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing the schedules of team members and stakeholders.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the communication plan effectively conveys project status.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector, specifically with SAP implementations.
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems and modules.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Experience in change management.
Location : Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)
