About ShopfloAt Shopflo, we're trying to change the way consumers experience brands and businesses. We are currently also working on a new product that takes it a notch up higher by unlocking enterprise-grade personalization for all consumer tech businesses.

Team & RoleShopflo was started by three co-founders: Ankit (ex-IIT Kharagpur, Oracle, Gupshup), Ishan (ex-IIT Bombay, Parthenon, Elevation Capital), and Priy (ex-IIT Madras, McKinsey, Elevation Capital). We are a team of 60+ people now (with team members joining from Livspace, Gupshup, Setu etc.) and located in HSR, Bengaluru. We closed our first seed round at $3.8M with Tiger Global, TQ and Better last year. And we’re just getting started

As the Senior People Partner, you will be our strategic people professional responsible for all aspects of people experience, managing lifecycle of employees, reward & benefits, compensation, onboarding and employee data.

Here’s What You Will DoDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectivesCollaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and talent managementEmployee Relations: Foster a positive employee relations environment by addressing grievances and conducting investigations when necessaryEngagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and Conduct surveys and analyse feedbacksPerformance Management: Coach reporting managers on the importance of proactive performance review process. Assist with delivery of the performance appraisal process and ensure alignment with organizational goalsCompensation & Benefits: Proactively raise items to Compensation and Benefits for review and partner closely to develop recommendations to ensure competitiveness in the local marketHR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies in accordance with local labor laws and company standards. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the region.Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR trends and issues.HR strategy: Provides operational support in communication, implementation, and analysis on the employee data along with unlocking levers to enhance employee experience

What we are looking forBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.4-6 years of progressive HR experience largely managing HR Business Partnering and HR OperationsStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations along with HR compliancesProven experience in building HR processes and programs from the ground-up along with Compensation, Communications, Employee Relations and Onboarding
