About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and be a pioneer in the application of AI within the financial services industry.

You will leverage your expertise in machine learning and your understanding of finance to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that automate tasks, improve decision-making, and revolutionize financial operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of financial technology (FinTech) and contribute to building the world's first zero-human finance operation.

Responsibilities :

- Identify AI Integration Opportunities : Collaborate with financial analysts and business stakeholders to identify areas within existing financial systems where AI integration can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

- Design and Build AI Pipelines : Design and develop machine learning pipelines to automate key financial processes like transaction handling, invoicing, and reporting.

- This may involve tasks such as data pre-processing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Develop AI-powered Financial Tools : Build and deploy machine learning models to assist with advanced financial decision-making.

- This may involve tasks such as fraud detection, risk assessment, algorithmic trading, and generating insightful financial forecasts.

- Contribute to a Zero-Human Finance Operation : Play a key role in our ambitious goal of creating a fully automated financial system, leveraging machine learning to minimize human intervention and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning.

- Experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

- Proficiency in Python programming with experience in data analysis and manipulation (e.g., NumPy, Pandas)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms for model deployment (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning) is a plus.

- A demonstrated interest in the financial services industry (e.g., relevant coursework, certifications, or work experience) is a plus.

- Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for data analysis or automation is a plus, but not required.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
