Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for working with Business leaders & solution architects to develop, lead and deliver on connected digital solutionsSeek ways to identify new and different ways to maximize productivity and quality through development methods and practices.Drive thought-leadership on digital delivery and solution best practices and standards to ensure architectural integrity is maintained across products by adhering to best practices.Foster innovation to drive new product ideas or strategic product extensions.Uses deep domain expertise and business experience to influence and persuade a wide range of audiences on issues important to the business unit.Acts as a source of technical Architect; serves as a role model for others in displaying functional capability and continually acquiring new skills.Create and foster a team culture that encourages speed, personal initiative, creativity, technical development and achievement of goals.Develops methods or approaches for analysing complex processes, situations or issues and discerning patterns within the business context.Designs the RPA workflow architecture to ensure an efficient and optimum development and functionality of the robotsDesired Experience and SkillsExperience building bots in Power Automate (cloud & Desktop Flow) ( Must have)Experience in AI Builder ( Must have)Experience in designing and providing solutions using Microsoft Power BI (Great to have)Experience in Process mining (Great to have)Experience in Power pages (Portals) and Virtual agents (Good to have)Certifications with AI and ML ( nice to have)Experience with software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodologyUnderstanding of data structures, data modeling and software architectureOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, persevering and capable of working with minimal supervision.Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologiesBack end web-services: Python, R, Javascript, VBA, Vbscript, JavaMachine Learning: TensorFlow, KerasML Technologies: NLP, Computer Vision, Model ManagementBig Data technologies: Kafka, Apache Spark, HadoopQualification & Industry ExpertiseBachelors degree or equivalent experience in process automationMinimum of 8+ years of RPA Development experience
