Qualifications10+ years' experience for in a consulting environment and been engaged in a variety of property consulting assignmentsSuperior knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:Major development projects; feasibility analysis and /or city planning;Property related management consulting; Property finance and investment analysis.Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
